Yesterday the media circulated what they called ‘First letter of Raif Badawi from Prison’. This is a misrepresentation of the text.
It is an introduction to the book that will be published in German by Ulstein publishing house. The book is a compliment of the blogs he published before he was arrested.
The introduction was dictated to his wife during their regular telephone calls.
While we appreciate the continuous support of the media, we urge carefulness in the representation of the event.
