As more and more people learn of his situation and suffering, Raif Badawi is becoming a global icon (for a universal right to freedom of speech).
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will always face criticism when it interprets Sharia law in a brutal or unjust manner.
However, the Kingdom demonstrates to the world the true teachings of the Holy Qur'an when it shows Rahman (compassion and mercy).
Your Majesty, I ask you to bestow Rahman upon Raif Badawi and to secure his immediate release so that he may once again take his rightful place with his family.
